MY LAST POST !!!!!! OMG

So this is the time to get all nostalgic about this month.

July 2009. The 6th I arrived in London with my dad. I had taken the Eurostar from Brussels at 7 am. So I was very very tired. Then from King's Cross we took the train to Potter's Bar. And then after a 10 minute long cab ride, I was there, I was at Queenswood ! I got registered in the office and I went to my room. I unpacked my two suitcases and then I just went to bed, because I had woken up at 5 am !!!! So you can just imagine how tired I was then !

I think I had only been sleeping for about 30 minutes, when I heard a knock on the door, and in came "Paloma". I aldready knew I would have her as a room mate, because her name was on the door next to mine. I was still half asleep, but I sat up in my bed to say hello and introduce myself. Then I just went back to sleep.

Later Paloma told me that she thought I was looking at her, while she was unpacking, even though I was actually just sleeping. Poor girl, she thought I was some kind of freaky stalker girl. But she soon found out that I was just a nice girl, who was gonna make her stay at Queenswood MUCH better :D.

Then we met JOY ! Crazy, energetic, all over the place- girl. She was fun, outgoing and really friendly. We stayed with her the two first weeks, with her brother Clement and some other people, like this german boy, Christopher. They were all very nice, and I was soooo sad when they left !

Then the two next weeks were also really great! My best friend, Ines, came too. And then Elisa, a Belgian girl, started hanging out with us too. She's leaving today, so that's gonna be really sad too.

I still haven't realised that on Saturday it'll all be over. It's just been a great summer for me. Even with all the strict rules of Queenswood, and the getting up early and the house parents telling us to be quiet after 11 and go to sleep. I've really enjoyed it, because of all the great people.

So I really just wanna say thanks to all these people who have been around to make every day much better. They mean a lot too me, just for the short period of time they were here, I feel like I already got to know them pretty well. It really warms my heart to meet nice people like the ones I've met. And I will never forget them, and I sure hope to see them again in the future.

I'll go to France to visit Naomi, I'll go to Turkey to visit Zeynep and Merve, I'll go to Madrid to visit Paloma and I'll go to Italy to visit Sofia and Tommaso... And there are just soooo many other places I could go to, to meet people !!!

Thanks to all the nice students, the brilliant teachers and all the other people.

You've turned this month into a month I don't want to ever forget !
